Das ist eher ein alternativ klingender Synth-Pop-Stil. Der Song hat mehr Wurzeln im Post-Punk der frühen 80er, behält aber die Vibes eines modern klingenden elektronischen Songs bei. Wenn ich hier Bandvergleiche anstellen darf, dann würde ich sagen, dass „Sex Park“ irgendwo zwischen „New Order“ und „Empathy Test“ angesiedelt ist.
